ZERO HOUR is an AI-powered geopolitical intelligence platform that provides real-time threat scoring, conflict maps, daily intelligence briefings (SITREPs), and push alerts. The Service aggregates publicly available news sources and uses AI to analyze and score threats.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or other payment providers (International). All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or republish content from the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The ZERO HOUR name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. AI-generated analyses and threat scores are provided for informational purposes only. News articles displayed are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective publishers.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZERO HOUR is an intelligence aggregation tool, not a professional intelligence service. Threat scores and analyses are AI-generated and should not be the sole basis for security decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZERO HOUR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
